Natural Hair Masks For Dry Hair – DIY

Here are some recipes to hydrate your hair naturally and add more shine!

Honey, egg, and apple cider vinegar

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of ACV.

Directions: Combine in a small bowl and leave it on your hair for 30-40 minutes. Rinse.

Honey, ACV, and coconut oil

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon coconut oil. 

Directions: Apply this to damp hair and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash with shampoo.

Avocado, egg, and olive oil

Ingredients: Half an avocado, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. 

Directions: Apply to wet hair. It works best if you wrap your hair into a bun and cover it with a shower cap. You can also blow dry the shower cap for 5-10 minutes to activate the ingredients. Leave this in your hair for about 20 minutes and then wash it out.

Jojoba and coconut oil

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 1 tablespoon jojoba oil.

Directions: Microwave the mixed ingredients for 30 seconds and apply to clean hair. Then leave it in your hair for 20 minutes and wash out.

Avocado, eggs, olive oil, honey & mayo

Ingredients: 1 avocado, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoon honey, 2 cups mayo

Directions: Mix all ingredients together until very smooth because washing out chunks is very annoying. This works best if you cover your hair with a shower cap for up to 3 hours.

Eggs, Oil & Avocado

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ an avocado, 1 teaspoon filtered water 

Directions: Mix all of the ingredients, apply to your hair and leave it in for 10 minutes, then wash off.
