Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper
- Cheese
- Dill pickle rounds
- Lettuce
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Dill relish
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix ground beef, egg, oatmeal, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Make a small ball with the beef and gently press down to flatten.
- Add to a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. Flip the burgers 1/2 way through.
- Make the sauce while the burgers are cooking.
- Once the meat is done, add a small slice of cheese to the top of each burger and place back in the oven from 1 to 2 minutes. 
- Now assemble your burger bite. Add your big Mac sauce, then a small square of cheese, lettuce and a pickle.
