- 16 oz ricotta cheese (drained)
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 ½ – 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix ricotta cheese and mascarpone together until we’ll mixed.
- Add the powdered sugar in a little at a time. If you like a sweeter taste, add 2 cups instead of 1 1/2 cups.
- Add vanilla and mini chocolate chips and mix
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve with wafers, cookies, graham cracker or waffle cone pieces.
