Recipe: Cannoli Dip


  • 16 oz ricotta cheese (drained)
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 ½ – 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Mix ricotta cheese and mascarpone together until we’ll mixed.
  2. Add the powdered sugar in a little at a time. If you like a sweeter taste, add 2 cups instead of 1 1/2 cups.
  3. Add vanilla and mini chocolate chips and mix
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with wafers, cookies, graham cracker or waffle cone pieces.
