Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons chili paste or hot sauce of your choice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Brown rice
- Sesame seeds (toasted)
- Green onion (chopped)
Directions:

- Place chicken in your slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, tomato paste, chili paste, and rice vinegar. Pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the liquid from the crockpot and place it into a pot. Then whisk cornstarch into it. Cook on 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens a little.
- Pour the thickened sauce over the chicken and mix.
