Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small cabbage
- ½ cup onion (finely diced)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- ½ tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Olive oil
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- Green onions (optional)
Directions:
- In a large pan add olive oil and cook your onions until clear.
- Add ground beef and cook until almost done.
- Add shredded carrots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegars, salt, and pepper and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Add cabbage, stir well and cover with a lid. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cabbage is soft.
- Before serving add sesame oil and top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions (optional). Serve with Jasmin rice or eat it by itself.
