How To Make A Pallet Christmas Tree | DIY

You’ll Need:

  • Pallet
  • Circular Saw
  • Drill w/ a drill bit & screw bit
  • Hammer
  • Exterior Wood Screws
  • Interior Wood Screws
  • Newspaper
  • Green Paint
  • Paint Brush
  • Tacks
  • Christmas Lights
  • Red Bow

Directions: (video below)

  1. Draw a triangle on your pallet.  Start at the top and in the middle and then go to the bottom corners. 
  2. Cut along the lines with your circular saw.  Also, cut the back.
  3. Set aside the side pieces. 
  4. Screw 2 screws into each board on your Christmas tree
  5. Strip off all the wood from the end pieces you set aside.  You only need the center post.
  6. Cute the center post into 4 9″ pieces sections
  7. Hammer in 2 of the 9″ pieces of wood into the bottom of the tree.  Then screw in 2 screws into each side to hold it in place
  8. Screw in the last two pieces into the bottom of your tree
  9. Paint your tree green
  10. Add lights and your bow.  Then you’re done!
