GM Wonder Soup – Lose 10 Pounds in a Week!


2 large onions
1 large Green Peppers
2 large Tomatoes
4-6 stocks of celery
1 Cabbage Bunch
2 Packets of Lipton’s onion soup mix
6-8 Cups of Water


  1. Begin by cutting up the onions and green pepper into small pieces.  Saute them in a frying pan with some olive oil until they turn a light brown.
  2. Next chop up the celery, tomatoes and cabbage.
  3. Add the water to a large pot with the Lipton soup mix.
  4. Add all of the veggies to the water.  Bring it to a boil and slow cook it till everything is tender.  This will need to cook for about an hour but stir every 20 minutes.
