Panko and Parmesan Crusted Chicken Fingers

If you’re looking for a healthier version of fried chicken, you’ll want to check out this recipe. It’s extremely delicious and easy to make.


1 cup of Panko crumbs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less to your tasting)
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3 – 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into strips

1. Preheat oven to 400°.

2.. Mix the panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt/pepper in a small bowl until blended.

3. In a second bowl, wisk the eggs until beaten.

4. Cut the chicken into strips and dunk them in the egg wash, then coat them in the seasoning.

5. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes (or until cooked through).

6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or top a salad! Enjoy 🙂
